3) Side planks. You look like a cross on its side. Start with the arm towards the floor bent so your on your elbow. Your legs are stacked. Try and raise your hip upwards 3-4 inches, hold for 2-3 seconds and repeat. Do 8 reps. Change arms and do the other side.

4) Side plank, that time arm to the floor is straight, keeping your hand directly below your shoulder. Keep you body as straight as possible (like a cross on its side) and raise your top leg as high as possible. Hold for 2-3 seconds, then insurance quotes it. Do 8 reps do the other side.

That's it. In 15 minutes of work your entire mid-section will have been continuously contracted, which is all you need to develop your abdominal muscles at middle age.

"The Little Book That Beats The Market" by Joel Greenblatt is easily the investment book of the year. In fact, it's the best investment book that I've read in many years. In 130 pages, which can easily be read in a couple of hours, Greenblatt gives the reader a stunningly simple, crystal clear formula for beating (make that trouncing) the market that anyone -- and I mean anyone -- can follow.

Joel Greenblatt is a professor of securities analysis at Columbia University as well as the founder and managing partner of Gotham Capital, a hedge fund with average annualized returns of 40% for over twenty years. When it comes to great investors, he's among the best of the best.

Greenblatt has an entertaining and humorous writing style that makes each page fun to read. And, like most great teachers, he has a knack of explaining sophisticated Blogspotalcdzsagxaw concepts in a common sense, down-to-earth way that a sixth grader could easily understand and enjoy. The fact that it happens is the reason that you can get really good deals on very profitable investmentes.

And, eventually, the market always gets it right. A good investment will always ultimately be priced at its true value. Or as the father of value investing, Ben Graham (Warren Buffet's mentor), famously put it: In the short run, the market is like a voting machine -- tallying up which firms are popular and unpopular. But in the long run, the market is like a weighing machine -- assessing the substance of a company.

Why is the Magic Formula going to continue to work after everybody knows about it? That question is answered in the most important chapter in the entire book -- Chapter 8. The best thing about the Magic Formula, and the reason that it's going to keep working even after everybody knows about it, is that it doesn't always work. In fact, sometimes it doesn't work at all. There have even been times when the Magic Formula did worse than the overall market for as much as three years in a row. Isn't that wonderful?

It's wonderful because most people are not disciplined and patient enough to follow a winning formula that doesn't work for weeks, months, or even years at a time. Therefore, the Magic Formula will continue to work very well because very few people will have the discipline to stick with it. So there should be no worry about it losing its effectiveness. "Gilmore Girls - Season Six" - An Emotional Rollercoaster Ride

On completion of "Gilmore Girls: Season Six," my heart is beating so fast that I can't hear myself think. That was Maryland Lemon Laws heck of a ride. Through all the emotional bumps of the whole season I don't think I can stand up straight anymore. The whole season starts with the separation of Rory from Lorelai, which was enough to get me absolutely distraught. Just when I think I cannot breathe anymore, we are told of Lorelai and Luke's engagement. So, I am happy for another couple episodes, then we find out Luke has a kid.....etc., etc., etc. Is it any wonder that any of my hair is still left in my head? Whew! No hair was worth this really great season.

Lauren Graham Jingle Bells "Lorelai" is my favorite actor in the whole series. Just when you think her comedic timing is the best thing about her, she surprises you with an incredible Restaurantsczcznqnynh scene. The scene in which she is giving Luke an ultimatum really makes you feel all the sadness and certainty of Lorelai's love for Luke. Another one of my favorite characters, "Sookie" (played by Melissa McCarthy) shines in this season as well. Her kind and funny personality has brought me to tears I was laughing so hard. In that episode in which her and Jackson are trying to get rid of the marijuana that by accident grew in there garden....I laughed so hard I cried. I will give quite a few kudos to Kelly Bishop as "Emily." No one can make me laugh and feel frustration at the same time except for her. This season was definitely no exception. The "Driving Mrs. Gilmore" episode was absolutely hilarious.

Amy Sherman is an absolute genius. I have to say it straight off. The little town of Star's Hollow was absolutely created by her. All the funny and sweet little things that happen in the town were created in her head. There is no town like that in the U.S. and yet she lets us believe there is. I couldn't believe it when she left the show on the seventh season. That was a very unwise move for the executives to make. Valley Girl her legacy lives on through the little town and all its characters. Mainman course, we have to mention the writing because it is absolutely incredible. Part of the writing is due in part to the fact that it is delivered so well by the actors. No one can put as much pop culture comments in a show and make it work than all the writers on this show. They make everything so funny, sweet, and honest.

Season Six is the best season I have seen so far out of the whole series (of course, I probably will watch another season and decide that one is my favorite). No one does it like "Gilmore Girls." No one can take me away like they can. I feel all the emotions without thinking about what is going on in my life. The characters are some of the funniest I have ever seen on television. The best part of it is the perfect balance between kindness of heart and wit. If I have to be on emotional rollercoaster ride to get there... I don't mind... in fact, I'm in line again.

For example, I had two conversations yesterday. In one, the other person showed interest in what I had to say. In the second, the other person cut off what I was saying with a curt, "I know that."

Although the difference is minor, the impact is large. In the first case I was treated with respect, in the second I was not. In the first case I left feeling admiration for the other person, in the second, I left feeling resentment. In the first case, I would be willing to help the other person, in the second I would not.

What does this have to do with leadership?

Effective leaders attract people to them, to their ideas, and to their vision.

Here are three conversational strategies that will attract people to you.

1) Young Romance them talk

2) Let them be right
